Gulf Coast Florida Rotonda Large Private Villa Rental Not Overlooked

Ever since the mid 1980's we have rented vacation homes all over Florida. We always looked for grand properties, not overlooked to the rear, with private, large decked south-facing pools. When we found this unique home we loved it and the area so much that we just had to buy it. It's much larger than most and the rooms are spread-out, not simply directly adjoining a central lounge area, so friends and family sharing can enjoy space apart as well as time together!

Although constructed as a 5 bed, 4000 sq ft luxury villa, ‘The Palms’ has been professionally furnished as a large 4 bed for up to 8 discerning guests. It will appeal to those seeking a much grander than the typical 2000-2500 sq ft home. It has a large south-facing pool and deck area, not overlooked, within half an acre of beautiful, landscaped gardens. The home stands on an oversized corner lot within a quiet, select residential area. We also own the lot behind the house, to the rear of the pool area, which is fenced and grassed for extra privacy.

Three of the four bedrooms are American King-Size (6 inches wider than UK Super King-Size) Master en-Suites. The third bathroom can optionally be shared with the 4th twin room (2 x separate single beds), accessed from the bedroom corridor via a separate lockable door. The home is therefore ideal for three couples sharing, each having their own USA King Size master en-suite.

There are two separate TV lounges, plus a further lounge, dining room and a breakfast area overlooking the pool. Equipment includes 6 tv's (cable to all rooms, with HD digital cable/Netflix to main lounge 75" TV), DVD players, Playstations & CD, wireless broadband (pc not supplied) and radio/intercom is fitted to all rooms and the pool deck.

The phones in the kitchen, den and two portable units in the main lounge and master#1 allow unlimited free calls to anywhere in the mainland United States and Canada.

Five 18-hole golf courses are within a 3-mile radius. Only a few minutes by car (or use the bicycles provided in the garage) to many restaurants, marinas, tropical beaches, lagoons and islands. The inter-coastal fishing & boat rental areas and beaches of the Cape Haze peninsular and Boca Grande are a few minutes further. Port Charlotte and its shopping malls are 20 minutes by car. Venice is approx. 25 mins to the North. Sarasota is a further 20 minute drive.
